Playing With Fire

I am a married woman recently having a mild flirtation/sexual type hugging with a married co worker..this has been happening for about two weeks now, in a closed room at work.

I fully am aware of what I'm doing and what not to expect (I'm cheating on hubby/ and I know the co-worker will not committ to me)..We are both lacking passion in our marriages..anyway..all this time, RIchie (The co worker), has not kissed me yet.

I try to look up at him hoping he'd kiss me, but he doesn't respond to my urge to..I've kissed him on his chest, that's all..I think he sees it obvious that I want to kiss him, like me hopping up closer to his face..him being tall),..can you tell me what I can do to make him want to kiss me?

I don't want to ask him why he's not kissing me, because I don't feel comfortable saying so..I'd appreciate getting your feedback..thank you..Rosanna
