Obsession Or Love?

I met this guy about 5 years ago and we really had this connection, but just could never get together. I really think he felt the connection as much as me, but my problem is I haven't seen this guy in about 3 years and I still think about him all the time.

Am I obsessing over him? Or am I in love with him? Should I try to get in contact with him?

If he "felt the connection" you did, nothing could have stopped him from contacting you. Apparently, what you felt wasn't what he felt.

I don't know if you're obsessing over him although you might be if you haven't seen him in three years and still feel this way. In love with him? How is that possible? The two of you had a moment in time. It doesn't appear it ever was a "love connection."

Sure, why not try to contact him. But don't take it personally if he's been thinking about someone else when you've been thinking about him. -- Queenie
